Spinal & Extremity Adjustments

Dr. Conrad is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner and will address not only your spine but also your feet, knees, hips, hands, elbows and shoulders. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. We use a variety of techniques (Diversified Technique, Activator Technique and Koren Specific Technique) so we can establish a treatment that best suits each individual patient.

Exercise Rehab and Custom Fit Orthotics

We teach our patients special exercises to improve strength and flexibility to correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be stretched or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health. Custom fit shoe orthotics are beneficial for most of our patients due to the amount of hours that we spend on hard flat surfaces like concrete, asphalt, hard wood and tile floors. These unnatural surfaces brake down the supportive ligaments and fascia and as the foundation collapses changes begin to occur not only in the feet but in the knees, hips, pelvis and spine.

Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each patient is a whole person, and helping them reach true health and wellness is a collaborative effort between the doctor and the patient.

Nutritional Choices

We provide specific recommendations on healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. There are many nutritional supplements and vitamins that are essential for good health, especially when many common foods today are deficient in quality nutrition or are out right toxic. Most individuals believe they have a good diet but many of the common foods and drinks people consume cause INFLAMMATION leading to major long term health problems (Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes and Alzheimer's to name a few).  Avoid foods that are (G.M.O.) Genetically Modified Organisms and processed/packaged  foods as much as possible. Eat more ORGANIC foods and drink plenty of purified water.

These techniques offer a natural conservative treatment approach to GREATLY REDUCE SEVERE ACUTE AND CHRONIC PAIN AND IMPROVE RANGE OF MOTION of musculoskeletal symptoms for many patients.
